POPaganda master Ron English is in Asia to celebrate the launch of the ‘Antique Pewter’ Asia exclusive of his Abraham Obama bust from MINDstyle. Ron’s subtle and thought provoking image was one of the standout graphics in support of Barrack Obama’s presidential campaign alongside numerous iconic images from Shepard Fairey. The art toy should prove popular with collectors and timely in the weeks leading up to the presidential inauguration.
The first event for Ron's Asia trip opens tonight, January 9th @ 7PM (HK Time) @ MINDstyle’s creative space in the Delay No Mall (DNM). In addition to the launch of the vinyl bust, several of the upcoming Abraham Obama lifestyle products from MINDstyle x DNM will be on display including posters, coffee mugs, pillows and furniture (check out the table after the jump). Other highlights include previews of the upcoming POPaganda mini-series from MINDstyle and a massive 3 foot MC Supersized figure.

Ron will follow up tonight's HK appearance with a show at Fresh in Manilla tomorrow (1.10.09) complete with festivities including a marching band, fireworks and more.
