Prince is one of Of Montreal’s bigger influences, and he had wanted to make this image for a Texas show of theirs for quite some time.

17.9 x 23.1 – 3 color silkscreen – S/N edition of 200 – The illustration mixes both real and fictional buildings from NYC. You’ll see the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building and Trump World Tower along with many others. There are even some buildings that have been proposed for 2011 and beyond. He really wanted to condense some of the energy of the city into one image.
