Phish Lake Tahoe Jeff Soto Posters Release Details

Glow in the Dark highlights

Jeff Soto was asked by Phish to create a poster for their Lake Tahoe concert at the end of July.  He got the idea from reading about Lake Tahoe’s very own version of the Loch Ness monster, named “Tahoe Tessie”.  Tahoe Tessie is a snake-like creature that has been seen for decades.  For the poster Jeff chose to portray Tessie as a mystical water goddess, rising from the lake with her pet cat.  It is unclear if the campers below were performing a summoning spell over the fire, or just happened to be at the right place at the right time.  Or maybe it’s the wrong place to be! Some of the elements on the poster glow in the dark, which adds some unexpected fun to those who see it at night.

Each poster is a five color screen print on 18″ x 24″ archival paper.  Signed and numbered edition of 40.

The Phish Lake Tahoe posters will be available at www.StormCloudz.com on Thursday. Both Night I and Night II colorways will be available at a random time between 10am and 2pm PST for $50 each.
